Our T16-002 interface
has a male pin OBD2 connector on one end and a female pin DB9 on the
other and is also opto-isolated. You can connect it to your PC
using a straight through RS232 cable.
For most applications we do
recommend the T16-013 instead of the T16-002 because the opto-isolation is
not needed for most applications. Our T16-002 and T16-013 both support
J1850 VPW, J1850 PWM, ISO-9141-2 and ISO-14230 (KWP2000). |

This interface has a
male pin OBD2 connector on one end and a male pin DB9 connector on the other.
You will need a null modem cable to connect the interface to your computer. It
will work fine with most Palm hotsync cables. A few Palm devices have unusual
RS232 and do not work properly. Our T16-003 supports J1850 VPW, J1850 PWM,
ISO-9141-2 and ISO-14230 (KWP2000) |

T22-001 OBD2 INTERFACE TESTER
$144.00 each |
Our interface tester is used to fully test
all protocols used in OBD2 communications to verify that all parts of an
OBD2 test station are functional prior to performing any testing on a car.
The test can be accomplished in about two (2) seconds.
We offer the T22 with a built-in female
OBD2 connector. It is also available with a DB9 for use with a DB9
female OBD2 cable. The use of a replaceable cable is recommended for
applications where the T22 will be connected to an OBD2 interface many
times during any period of time.
Currently the T22 is used to test
our interfaces only. However with proper software it is
possible it could be used to test other OBD2 interfaces.
|
 |
|
This version of the OBD2 interface tester is intended for
use with a detachable cable. It was designed for applications that
require a lot of testing. The use of the detachable cable allows
replacement of the female OBD2 connector when it wears out. This
version is recommended for I/M inspection stations.
